Help! I only received part of my order, is the rest of my order on its way?

The rest of your order is on its way! iEDM ships many orders in multiple packages. If you ordered a made-to-order item(s), generally the ready to ship products will ship out first so that you avoid waiting on those items that are already in our fulfillment center.  Made-to-order items are many times also split in multiple shipments if they have different crafting times so you get your threads as soon as they are made!
