To ensure your order is processed quickly, we offer a short window for changes:
Cancellations: Accepted up to 12 hours after purchase.
Modifications (Size, style, or quantity): Accepted up to 6 hours after purchase.
If a request is made outside these timeframes, a small fee will apply as the item has already entered production: 15% for cancellations and 10% for modifications. These fees help cover the costs of materials already in use.
