How to send a return or exchange

1. Email customerservice@iedm.com before you ship anything. Include your order number, the items, and whether you want a refund, store credit or exchange (with the new size). For damage, add photos.
2. Wait for our reply approving the return.
3. Pack the items with our Returns + Exchanges form, or a note with your name, order number and what you want.
4. Ship to the address below with a tracked service and keep the tracking number.
