Returns, exchanges and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange an item. Items must be unworn and unused, in original condition and packaging, with hang tags attached.

Refunds

• Store credit for the full item price, or
• A refund to your original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee.
• Original shipping fees are refundable only on orders that have not shipped.

Exchanges

• Swap for a different size or style within the same 30 days.
• A reship fee of $6.95 on US orders, $25 to Canada and $30 to other countries, covers shipping your new item.
• Damaged or wrong item? We replace it free and send a free return label.

Final sale

No returns or exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or wrong:

• Clearance items
• Mystery boxes
• Masks, neck gaiters and bandanas
• Opened swimwear

Return shipping: you cover return postage, except for damaged or wrong items.

Timing: we email you when your return arrives and process it within 1-2 business days after inspection.
