For made-to-order items, iEDM will honor exchange requests within 30 days* of the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
For GloFx accessories, the exchange period for damaged items is 5 days from the delivery date. If you are requesting an exchange for the same item please fill out the iEDM Returns & Exchanges Form.
Please note that all clearance or ready-to-ship merchandise, custom GloFX accessories, neck gaiters, bandana masks, and all types of masks are not eligible for a return or exchange. Opened packages for swimsuits and swimming trunks will not be return-eligible. We can only honor this if your order shipped late or you received the wrong item and it is still sealed in its original packaging.
For all size exchanges, please be sure to include the exact size you would like the exchange for. For damaged or defective items, please provide a brief description of the damage and provide customer support with a photo to obtain a pre-paid return slip. If the item is damaged and you would like an exchange, we will process it and ship your replacement item(s) free of charge.
Once your exchange request is submitted to customer support it will be replied to within 1-2 Business Days. Please note that there will be $6.50 reship fee charged on domestic exchanges to cover the Shipping & Handling charges on the shipment of your exchange.
Size change requests on made-to-order items after 6 hours, there will be a 10% re-stocking fee.
