iEDM will honor all exchange requests within made and postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note for Glofx and Electric Styles brands the exchange period is 15 days from date of purchase. If you are requesting an exchange for the same item please fill out the iEDM Returns & Exchanges Form. For all size exchanges, please be sure to include the exact size you would like the exchange for. For damaged or defective items, please provide a brief description of the damage and provide customer support with a photo to obtain a pre-paid return slip. If the item is damaged and you would like an exchange, we will process it and ship your replacement item(s) free of charge.
Once your return/exchange request is submitted to customer support it will be replied to within 1-2 Business Days. Please note that there will be $5 reship fee charged on domestic exchanges to cover the Shipping & Handling charges on the shipment of your exchange.
For size change requests on made-to-order items after 24 hours, there will be a 10% re-stocking fee.
Please Note: Due to the Covid 19 outbreak we will temporarily not be accepting returns/exchanges for neck gaiters, bandana masks and germ masks. If the bandana mask or neck gaiter is still sealed in it's original packaging we will honor the return/exchange request.
