MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn, unaltered made-to-order items in their original condition. Please note that size changes requested after 6 hours of placing your order will incur a 10% restocking fee.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Clearance merchandise
- Ready-to-ship items
- Custom GloFX accessories
- All masks (including neck gaiters and bandanas)
- Opened swimwear
EXCHANGE PROCESS

- For size exchanges: Specify your desired size in the exchange form
- For damaged/defective items: Submit photos and a brief description to customer service
- Processing time: 1-2 business days
- Shipping fees: $6.95 for domestic exchanges (waived for damaged replacements)
