Please Note: Due to Covid-19, we will not be accepting returns/exchanges for neck gaiters, bandanas, and masks. Opened packages for swimsuits and swimming trunks will not be return eligible. We can only honor this if your order shipped late or you received the wrong item and it is still sealed in its original packaging.
For made-to-order items, iEDM will honor exchange requests within 30 days* of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item(s) must have original hang tag(s) still attached to the garments.
There is no refund or exchange on clearance (ready-to-ship) products.
For GloFx accessories, iEDM will honor return requests made and postmarked within 14 days* from the purchase date. All items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Custom products are unable to be returned or exchanged. While returns and replacements for damaged products must be reported within 3 days from the delivery date.
When sending a return or exchange always contact customersupport@iedm.com prior to returning the item(s) and please include the iEDM Return/Exchange Form. You can print your return slip out here.
Refunds (if applicable) If you would like to return your item, please use our Returns/Exchanges link. Fill out the form and state the reason for your return. You will be responsible for the return postage unless the item you purchased is damaged or the incorrect size than what you ordered, in which case our customer support will provide a return label free of charge.
Once your return is received and processed we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed in the form of either store credit or refund.
