Our return policy is effective for 15 days for Glofx accessories and 30 days for all other brands. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in. There are no refunds or exchanges on clearance merchandise. When sending a return or exchange always contact firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning the item(s) and please include the iEDM Return/Exchange Form. You can print your return slip out here.
Refunds (if applicable) If you would like to return your item, please use our Returns/Exchanges link. Fill out the form and state the reason for your return. You will be responsible for return postage unless the item you purchased is damaged or the incorrect size, in which case our customer support will provide a return label free of charge.
Once your return is received and processed we will send you an email notifying that we have received your returned item. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed in the form of either store credit or refund.
GloFX Accessories will be accepted for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase date. Accessory items will only be accepted if the item is damaged or defective.
Please Note: Due to the Covid 19 outbreak we will temporarily not be accepting returns/exchanges for neck gaiters, bandana, cloth and anti-germ masks. We can only honor this if your order shipped late or you received the wrong item and it is still sealed in its original packaging.
Size change requests on made-to-order items after 24 hours from the time of purchase will incur a 10% re-stocking fee.
