Cancel or change my order

Production starts quickly, so changes have a short window. Email customerservice@iedm.com with your order number and the change you need.

After that window, your item is already in production. A 10% fee applies to changes and a 15% fee to cancellations to cover materials already used. Shipping fees are refundable only on orders that have not shipped.
