What is your refund and exchange policy?

Our return policy is effective for 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging. When sending a return or exchange always (1) make sure to contact customerservice@iEDM.com prior to shipping the item(s) and (2) Please include the iEDM Return/Exchange Form. Print yours out here.

Refunds (if applicable) If you would like to return your item, please use our Returns/Exchanges link. Fill out the form and state the reason for your return. You will be responsible for shipping the item back unless it is a damaged item. We will provide a return label for you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, your refund will be processed in the form of a store credit or 15% restock fee and money back.

If you would like to cancel a made-to-order item(s) for which the order was placed 3 or more days prior, you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee on account of the cost we incur for the item already being in production. Please make sure to read our item descriptions carefully to verify whether you are purchasing a made-to-order or ready to ship item. We will refund your original method of payment only under this circumstance.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or need a size replacement. If you need to exchange it for the same item, visit our Returns/Exchanges link, fill out the form and state the reason for your exchange. For all size exchanges, please be sure to include the exact size you would like the exchange for. For damaged or defective items, please provide a brief description and a photo (if possible) of the damage or defect. Please note that you will be held accountable for reshipping. ($5)

When you visit our Returns/Exchanges link, your inquiry will be approved or denied within 3 Business Days.
